IHADS is registered with the Federal Government of Somalia's MoIFAR and the FMS of JL, HSH & SWS,

  Ileys Humanitarian and Development Services (IHADS) is a non-governmental, non-profit making, non-political, and non-partisan development, and humanitarian aid established in February 2015 and has a main headquarters office in Mogadishu and branch offices in Somalia particularly Jubaland, Southwest, Hirshabelle and Galmudug Regions in Somalia. IHADS was established to assist disadvantaged people and conflict-affected communities throughout Somalia by engaging in developmental and emergency-related programs by providing emergency relief assistance, resilience building, facilitating, and promoting local community engagement and programs that emphasize self-reliance with dignity and inclusion to the marginalized community and people living with disability. 

Ileys Humanitarian and Development Services (IHADS) focuses on the development, protection, WASH, livelihood, Integrated Health and Nutrition, CCCM, and environmental and resource management to improve livelihoods.

IHADS has successfully managed to build significant relationships with all stakeholders and government institutions, UN agencies, International NGOs, and grassroots, this has valued the work of IHADS in terms of funding, complementarities, context knowledge & and information sharing.
